Raspberry
Rubus idaeus
Rich in minerals, including sodium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium, raspberry has a good share of vitamins, especially vitamin A, B vitamins and vitamin C. It is composed of 80% water, and therefore refreshing, diuretic and purifying. Finally, raspberry is a fruit poor in sugar and calories and contains ellagic acid, which makes it an excellent antioxidant.
